December Update

Merry Christmas to all my followers.

This month I have a achieved few things that included: Ops Session, Maintenance, Tasks Completed & Scheduled and Xmas Breakup.

My Ops Session

I hosted a session on Monday 8th December and Barry, Denis, Don, John, Peter S & Wayne joined me.

If was good that Barry was able to run the control panel again especially as I was suffering a health issue requiring me to take a break halfway through the session.

We finished ahead of schedule with only a few minor things for me to finish.

We had some fun which is what matters.

Oops the Sunset Limited went down the Iron Hill Branch Line - Barry!!

Afterwards we enjoyed afternoon tea and a good chat.

Loco Maintenance

During the ops session the Flintston Local GP9R's failed between LeMaistre Loco and Hornertown! Loco 3846 ceased operating so the consist was removed and an alternate consist assigned.

Loco 3846 was sent to the workshop, decoder was factory reset and reprogrammed from DecoderPro saved data - problem solved.

Xmas Breakup

This year we went to The Cove Tavern for lunch. accompanied by partners who we able to come we enjoyed each other's company.

Don, Wayne, John, Heather, Peter S, Kerrin, Lyn, Denis, Bob, Deidre, Barry, Jenny, Paul, Alex, Lilly, Peter J joined me. Unfortunately, Ross, Anne, Kaye & Leonie were unable to attend on the day.

Thanks for the suggestion, Denis, I am sure this won't be my last visit!
