Two work sessions this week: Monday night crew and Chris & BJ on Tuesday. See some pics below. On Monday Chris, Bob (yes he's back from his six week trip O/s) Bill2 and I worked on wiring, BJ and Barry did some work on structures. Tuesday BJ did the plaster while Chris and I did more wiring.
Iron Hill
BJ was at work again first with a spatula followed by a brush whilst applying plaster to the prepared base shown in the last post. More to be done but at least his work shown unlike wiring...
Wiring
Bill 2 and I worked on the bottom level control panel terminal strips. Chris continued with installing droppers on the bottom level main line tracks on the western wall before contemplating what needs to be done on the northern wall at Picard Junction.
Bottom Control Panel
Close inspection shows the CD unit bus wires in terminals 4 and 10. The issue on Monday night was the bus wire would not pass through the terminal strips. After removal to see why I discovered that i had purchased terminal strips with a central "stop" to ensure wires are kept central and don't intrude into the other side. All 18 strips had to be removed, put in the vice to drill out the stop on terminals 4 and 10 then re-fixed before and wiring could proceed.

Picard Junction
Chris contemplating what is required. Getting your mind to connect the above and below details is not always easy....
Power Booster 3 - Power District D
Wiring includes eight PSX's for power districts over 19 power blocks and seventeen Block Watchers which provide the block sensing for the proposed signal inputs. This will be installed under Hornertown yard.
I can't finish off the rest of the Block Watchers until they arrived by international mail!
